FIDO Tech has strengthened its impressive corporate water resilience team with the appointment of Norman Butler as Head of Sustainability.
A highly effective collaborator and problem-solver, Norman will play a key role helping FIDO connect businesses and other stakeholders through innovative solutions which scale up overall environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.
Top of his priority list will be to accelerate the growth of catalytic AI-led partnerships using FIDO Plus, in order to deliver rapid, reportable and measurable water, carbon and other associated benefits in stressed river basins around the world.
FIDO Plus is the world’s first AI-led program enabling corporations with ESG goals to factor up their environmental and social impact through commercial private-public partnerships with validated volumetric results.

Based out of Arizona, Norman will support US and global corporates to deliver ambitious water and net zero commitments wherever their operations, or their suppliers’, are affected by water scarcity.
He will also help maintain FIDO AI’s growing reputation as the market-leading technology partner for collaborative, volumetric outcomes-driven sustainability programs. Norman will work closely with the FIDO operational and development teams to keep client problem-solving at the forefront of the company’s technology roadmap.
