Non-revenue water (NRW) expert Patrick Wren has joined FIDO Tech LLC in the US as Customer Success Manager, the company has announced.

Patrick will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption of FIDO AI’s disruptive water leak detection across the US. He will support utility clients to onboard rapidly and integrate FIDO effectively as part of a new or enhanced NRW program.

He is the innovative tech firm’s second major US hire this year, following the appointment of Emma Quail as US Director of Sales in June.

Together, Patrick and Emma make a formidable force, with a combined five decades of knowledge and experience in non-revenue water and leak detection.

Patrick has more than 35 years progressive experience as a project manager and supervisor in underground utility construction and operation, specializing in NRW, including chairing a committee of experts serving millions of customers across eight states.

FIDO AI is the world’s only technology able to deliver actionable insight about water leaks and their size by analysing the sounds and vibrations in pipes. It works with any data file, on any pipe material and in any environment; eliminating human error and false alarms to help utilities rapidly cut water loss in a cost-effective way.

Patrick Wren is married with three children and three grandchildren, whom he describes as his ‘daily inspiration’. In his free time, when not spending time with his family, he likes to hike and play bags.
