FIDO Tech uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support better decisions, improve efficiency, and deliver value for customers - safely, responsibly, and transparently.
Our approach to AI is human‑centred. Where AI may influence people, customers, critical infrastructure, or the environment, human oversight and accountability always apply. AI supports our teams; it does not replace responsibility.
We maintain governance processes to ensure that any AI systems we develop, use, or procure align with our ethical standards, legal obligations, and Responsible AI principles. We are committed to fairness, security, trust, and the responsible handling of data.
This statement explains how we approach the use of AI and what customers and partners can expect when AI forms part of a FIDO Tech product or service.
How We Use AI
At FIDO Tech, AI refers to software‑based systems that generate insights, predictions, recommendations, or automated outputs that influence digital or physical environments.
We use AI:
- Internally, to improve productivity and efficiency, including through approved enterprise tools.
- Within our products, where AI supports analysis and insight generation - used transparently and only with customer agreement.
All AI deployment is subject to our Responsible AI principles.

- Transparency - We are open about how AI is used, its purpose, and its limitations.
- Security & Safety - AI systems are designed and managed in line with our information security and incident management frameworks.
What We Don’t Do
FIDO Tech does not knowingly use AI to:
- Break the law or regulatory requirements
- Discriminate unlawfully or cause harm
- Mislead customers or stakeholders
- Operate high‑risk systems without human oversight
- Act in ways that conflict with our Code of Conduct
