- Work in full compliance with health and safety legislation, company policies, risk assessments and method statements.
- Travel across UK field locations and internationally as required to support operational delivery, customer onboarding and training activity.
About you
- You’ll have experience in field-based leakage detection or related water network investigation work, with practical experience using listening devices, correlators or similar equipment.
- You understand water distribution networks, leakage behaviour and non-revenue water principles.
- You demonstrate a methodical, evidence-led approach to investigation and problem solving.
- You’ll have the ability to interpret data outputs and use them to inform field activity.
- You’re a clear communicator, with the ability to explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- You have demonstrable experience working safely in operational or safety-critical environments.
- You must have a full UK Driving licence.
- You must be able to travel across UK field locations, attend the Wigan office and travel internationally when required. This includes having appropriate passport and/or documentation to travel overseas.
- Experience in field-based leakage detection or related water network investigation work.
- An understanding of water distribution networks, leakage behaviour and leakage validation requirements.

- Experience working safely in operational or safety-critical environments.
- Strong practical investigation skills and a methodical, evidence-led approach.
- Ability to interpret data outputs and prioritise field activity effectively.
- Ability to communicate technical findings and training material clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong customer engagement skills and confidence coaching customers, partners and operational teams.
- Ability to undertake physical work outdoors in varied field conditions.
- A valid driver’s licence.
