Veteran water industry leader David Archard will support FIDO Tech’s continued growth across the Northeast US
FIDO Tech is pleased to announce the appointment of David Archard as Business Development Consultant for the Northeast United States, further strengthening the company’s presence and customer engagement across one of the nation’s most important water utility markets.
David brings more than 41 years of experience in the municipal water, wastewater and public works sectors, with a distinguished career spanning utility operations, consulting, and business development across New England, New York, New Jersey, and the Mid-Atlantic region. His experience includes senior leadership roles with Veolia Water North America and Black & Veatch Management Consulting.
Combining the perspectives of a municipal official, utility leader, consultant, and trusted advisor, David has helped utilities improve performance, optimize assets, and deliver lasting operational improvements.
In his new role, David will support the expansion of FIDO’s customer base across the Northeast, helping utilities adopt AI-powered solutions that reduce water loss, strengthen network resilience, and enable smarter infrastructure decisions.
David’s appointment reflects FIDO’s continued investment in North America as the company helps utilities tackle water loss, improve operational efficiency and protect vital water resources through advanced AI technology.
