Wrexham, June 30, 2026 – FIDO Tech is pleased to announce a new UK partnership with CIG (Commercial & Industrial Gauges) Ltd, a well-established manufacturing and supply company with over 30 years’ experience supporting the water industry.
Based just outside Wrexham and operating nationwide, CIG supplies a broad range of tools, pressure and flow instrumentation, leak detection equipment and water quality solutions. The company serves a diverse customer base including utilities, contractors, fire and rescue services, and engineering and construction organisations.
Formed in 2026, the partnership will see CIG supply FIDO’s Leak Locate kits and user licences directly to the UK market.

CIG identified FIDO’s AI-powered technology as a unique addition to its existing portfolio of leak detection solutions, enabling customers to access advanced, data-driven capabilities to improve leak identification and reduce water loss.
FIDO Leak Locate kits come in three sizes according to the number of sensors they contain and include user licences for its FIDOSmart smartphone app and integrated desktop platform.
Compact and lightweight FIDO sensors can be used as correlators, ground microphones and consumption profile loggers enabling users to quickly identify and precisely locate leaks. FIDO’s latest multi-point correlation feature allows operators to correlate between up to 10 sensors simultaneously, significantly accelerating field operations.
Through the FIDOSmart app, users can seamlessly switch each sensor’s function between correlator, consumption profile logger and ground microphone, while automatically storing results in the cloud for AI analysis and secure data storage.
