Correlate any time, anywhere
Now you can use the FIDOSmart app to locate leaks even when there’s no mobile signal. Correlations can be carried out completely offline. This avoids workflow interruptions and unnecessary repeat site visits.
Before heading offline, simply make sure your GIS data and waypoints are up to date on your device. Sensor synchronization, correlation pairing, data analysis and results are all done using Bluetooth and edge computing.
Raw correlation data is stored securely on your device and uploaded to the platform the next time you’re online.
Faster, smarter acoustic surveys
We've combined all the app's sounding capabilities into a single, streamlined workflow that's easier and faster to use.
Simply connect to your sensor and then select Sounding in the app. You can easily switch from asset sounding to top sounding, and then use the slider to set the spacing between recordings. Audio samples are displayed sequentially on a graph, making it easy to identify the loudest points.
You can then play back individual recordings, examine their frequency graphs, and apply filters to reduce background noise across all samples for clearer analysis.

We've made FIDO app version 3.5.0 even more intuitive. This helps both experienced and first-time users complete tasks more efficiently and with greater confidence.
By simplifying several key processes, we've cut the number of steps required and eliminated repetition. Enhanced guidance is now available throughout the app, making it easier to deploy sensors, run effective correlations and carry out soundings successfully in the field.
Make faster decisions with greater confidence
We've put more actionable insight into the hands of engineers. This means it is even faster and easier to understand which leaks need immediate attention.
A new confidence bar accompanies every FIDO leak and no-leak prediction. The bar shows visible thresholds that help users distinguish between high-confidence results and borderline cases. We've also launched an enhanced leak-sizing AI model, delivering more accurate, consistent and reliable leak size predictions to support better operational decision-making.
A smooth, secure login experience
It’s easier and more secure than ever to signup, login and stay logged in to your FIDO interfaces. We’ve streamlined user onboarding and authentication processes across both the FIDOSmart app and the new FIDO Hub using Entra, a secure access service provided by Microsoft.
Entra supports multi factor authentication and single sign on and lets users stay logged in for longer, with fewer prompts. An added benefit for super admins in the FIDO Hub is the ability to add multiple new users at once using a simple toggle.
